- University of Colorado Health, formed in 2011, brings together the best in academic medicine with the best in community medicine. Poudre Valley Health System, based in Fort Collins, Colorado joined forces with University of Colorado Hospital to form UCHealth and has since brought Memorial Health in Colorado Springs into the organization. UCHealth provides a network of healthcare services for the people of Colorado, southern Wyoming and western Nebraska. We have five hospitals: Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, Univserity of Colorado Hospital in Aurora and Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs. We also offer a network of clinics and care facilities along the front range. Our mission is to provide quality, innovative, and comprehensive world-class health care that exceeds expectations. PVHS was the 2008 recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
