Last month I introduced readers to “top box,” our method of tracking patient satisfaction, and shared those scores.
With January results in, I’m posting our updated scores. Our system-wide top box score in January was an even 80 percent, which means four out of every five patients gave us the highest mark possible when asked questions about their PVHS experience.
Here are breakdowns at Poudre Valley Hospital and Medical Center of the Rockies. Our goal is at least an 80 percent top-box score, so the red bar in each column represents that goal.
